Auto-wavelength Recognition

Used in combination with the FHS2 Series Optical Laser Source the FHP2 Series Optical Power Meter can automatically switch to the proper calibration wavelength. This feature reduces the need for communication between two technicians and decreases the possibility of making measurement mistakes. The signal encryption used in the FHS2 Series Optical Laser Source can also provide the OPM with information on the power used, helping ensure efficient referencing, even when the two units are in different locations.

Test Results

Up to 1,000 test results can be stored and transferred to a PC via a USB connection. With the supplied software, test results can be saved as excel or txt, and printed out directly

Testing Range

A maximum testing range of up to 150km is possible  (when using Grandway’s FHS2D02 Optical Laser Source with the FHP2A04 Optical Power Meter).
